Cherrie sees her Cabinet of Curiosity, as the framework for all her creative practice. It is a symbolic and ever shifting space that has the freedom to grow in different directions as her curiosity is sparked and to change its contents as she ages and learns.

Now retired and no longer involved in the collection, display and interpretation of museum objects, she is now focusing on the observation, collection and rearrangement of visual snippets, details and fragments. These are captured and held in time using a variety of media, as appropriate.
